Record when the money moves

Parline guides you toward cash basis: a sale counts when the customer pays, a cost counts when you pay it. It matches your bank account and it’s how most small businesses file. No extra machinery to learn.

Import, then review

Instead of typing every transaction, download your bank and card statements as PDFs and upload them - one or many at once. Parline turns them into transactions with a suggested category, and you go down the list confirming or fixing each one before posting.

You’re not on your own

Every accounting term in the app has a definition on hover or tap - look for the dotted underline and the ⓘ icons. You can invite an advisor to look at your books directly, and this guide is always here under Learn.
